Cherry brownies recipe

This brownies recipe includes only 2 tablespoons of sugar. The sweet taste of this light dessert comes from a chocolate.

Baking time: 25 minutes
Makes: 15-16 brownies

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup (65 grams) flour
• 3 tbsp (40 grams) melted butter
• 2 tbsp (30 grams) brown sugar
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup (30 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 5 oz (140 grams) chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup fresh cherries

How to prepare?
First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix the flour and the cocoa powder. In a heatproof bowl, place the eggs and sugar over a saucepan of simmering water. Whisk until medium warmth. Remove the mixture and pour it in a kitchen processor. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and one third of the flour& cocoa mixture into the whipped eggs. Mix and stir into the rest.

Melt the butter and add it into the batter. Mix with the spatula. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean out of the brownies.

Chocolate filling
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and let the chocolate cool to room temperature. Whisk the cream into the melted chocolate. Pour the whole mixture on top of the brownies and decorate it with cherries.
