Eggs and Spinach recipe

4 large eggs, beaten
10 – oz package fresh spinach, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
Black pepper, grounded on taste

How to prepare?
In a skillet on a medium heat, sauté the garlic for a minute, then add the spinach and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Pour eggs and cook turning 2 times. Crumble the cheese over the eggs and turn off heat. Cover the skillet until cheese melts. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve with fresh vegetable salad
