Seafood soup


This recipe contains only 200-210 calories per serving. It is exotic, nutritious and healthy.

Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cooking time – 45-60 minutes


  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup crabmeat
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup of chopped carrot
  • 2 cups of chopped potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic or garlic pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 cups of water

How to prepare?
Pour the water in a large saucepan and add the seafood. Boil for 15 minutes and add the onion, carrot, and potatoes. Continue cooking until desired tenderness. Add garlic, rosemary and salt.
Blend the 2 kinds of milk with the flour and pour the mixture over the boiled seafood and vegetables. Boil for another 5 minutes and serve.


Unshelled boiled eggs with Yoghurt


Cooking time – 7-10 minutes


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of plain Yoghurt
  • Cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

Place a saucepan with cold water over a high heat. Wait until the water boils and add salt and vinegar. Pour the unshelled eggs in saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.

Cover the bottom of a deep plate with the yoghurt and then place the eggs using a slotted spoon.

In a small heatproof bowl melt the butter and add the pepper.

Crepes with Chocolate and fresh Mango

Preparation time – 10-15 minutes
Cooking time – 20 minutes


  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp. butter or Ghee (1 tbsp Melted Butter for the batter, and 2 tbsp for the cooking)
  • 1 Fresh Mango
  • Chocolate Ganache ( Nutella or your favorite one)

Crepes with Chocolate and fresh Mango

How to prepare?
In large mixing bowl beat eggs until fluffy. Pour the milk and blend the ingredients. Then add the flower and the salt, and beat together until smooth. Pour the water and continue mixing. Finally, add the melted butter.

Place a pan over high heat and fry the crepes until bubbly on top. Flip and wait until the other side gets golden brown colour. Turn the heat lower and continue cooking.

Top finished the crepes with Chocolate ganache and spread the slices of mango. Fold the crepes and serve.

Chocolate fudge brownies

  • For the batter: 4 ounces (120 grams) bitter chocolate
  • 1/2 cup (110 grams) butter
  • 1/4 cup (50 grams) white/brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup (95 grams) universal flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For the fudge frosting:
  • 3 ounces (90 grams) semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp  (15 grams)  butter

To serve:
Raspberries (optional)

To prepare:  

  • 1st: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F or 165 C. Butter a square baking pan.
  • 2nd: Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. After removing from heat, stir in the sugar.
  • 3rd: Whisk in the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time beating well after adding each of them.
  • 4th: Stir in the flour and salt.
  • 5th: Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean out of the brownies.
  • 6th: Remove from oven and let the cake cool.
  • 7th: For the fudge, melt the chocolate, cream, and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature and then spread over the brownies.

Home-made Garam Masala

Garam Masala is a mix of exotic spices that accentuate the flavor and taste of main products. The combination is prepared by mixing spices that have been roasted and ground.

  • 1 tablespoon of Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Green cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon of Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cloves
  • ¾ teaspoon crushed Bay leaves
  • ¾ teaspoon of Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

How to prepare?

Roast on a medium flame the whole seeds one by one. Consider a slight colour change of each spice. Cook until they turn a few shades darker. First roast in a pan the coriander seeds, then cumin seeds, pepper, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and bay leaves.


Let the seeds cool at least 2 minutes before blending.


In a dry coffee grinder, grind them all together to a powder.


Store the Garam Masala for several weeks in jag, in a cool, dark place.

Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Marinating time – 2-8 hours
Baking time – 45-60 minutes


  • 2,2lbs. or 1 kilogram boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 teaspoon peeled and grated Ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons of Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Cumin seeds
  • 1 cup of chopped Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Garam masala
  • 1 cup of plain Yoghurt
  • ¾ Red grounded Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Lemon

How to prepare?
Rinse and dry the chicken. Place it in a shallow bowl in a single layer.

In a pan, grill the Coriander seeds on a medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove these seeds, place the Cumin seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes.

In a kitchen processor combine the Yoghurt, Ginger, Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Onion, Garlic the juice of 1 lemon, salt and Garam masala. Blend until smooth. Spread the marinade over the chicken and add Cloves.

Marinade for 1-8 hours. Then preheat the oven to 200C/375F.

Place the marinated chicken in a tray and bake for 45 – 60 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables.
