Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries/raspberries (30 calories)
1/2 cup of yogurt (150 calories)
1/2 cup of whole milk (120 calories)
1 tbsp. honey (65 calories)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Total calories: around 365kcal
Calories per serving: 130 kcal

How to prepare?
Rinse and drain the strawberries. Put the fruit and milk into a food processor and mix until both are well blended. Then add honey and yogurt and blend for 30 sec.

Serve in a white cup for a sugary pink effect or in a big transparent glass.
