Oven baked sweet and sour pork stakes



  • 6 cuts of boneless pork meat
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • Mix of pink, green and black pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • 125 ml water

How to prepare?

Wash and dry the meat. Place the cuts in a deep rectangular pan. Prepare a mix of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, mustard, pepper spices, rosemary and salt. Marinate the meat in this sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350┬░F(250 ┬░C) . Pour 1/2 cup (125ml) of water, cover the pan and place it in the oven. Bake for an hour turning once. Then uncover the pan and continue baking for 15-20 minutes more until the meet turns golden brown. Serve with a season salad.
